What's Coach Sean Been Up To During The Quarantine Shutdown?
What do you feel the most grateful for during this quarantine?
Definitely the fact that my family has been healthy and safe and the fact that I haven’t killed my wife yet.
What’s your favorite quarantine meal right now?
I’m trying to stay as normal as possible and that includes what I’m eating. The only difference is how we are preparing our food. Using our air fryer more. In short we’ve been taking everything to flavortown since we have more time. Flavortown has a speed limit and the law dictates we go that speed limit!
What expectations of “normal” have you been letting go of?
My routine has gone out the window which has actually caused a lot of stress. I do best with my usual routine and now that my normal routine is gone, I’ve suffered. My sleep schedule is more relaxed (which is going to spell disaster when I go back to work).
What are you currently watching on Netflix or other streaming media?
We watched Tiger King, a couple documentaries, a Formula One show, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and plenty of Food Network and other cooking shows.
What’s one thing you want to do once social distancing is over?
I am itching to get back to work and to get back in the gym. I think I’m still going to social distance from people just as I’ve been doing my entire life!
What have you been doing to keep from getting bored during quarantine?
I’ve been doing at home workouts, playing video games, cooking, reading, and picking up my old hobby of building model cars. I’ve also been trying to grow my hair back but it’s not working.
What have you been doing for self care during quarantine?
I’ve tried to continue working out at home. It’s completely different than what I’m used to doing. I’ve also been trying to plan and setting myself up to achieve goals once things go back to normal. I’ve also been trying to get out and go for walks and enjoying nature (when it doesn’t rain) to help clear my mind.
What new habits have you started in the last month?
I’ve started cooking breakfast instead of my usual cereal. I’m trying to keep everything as normal as possible.
We are looking forward to new jokes from Sean and Tim when we get back to BE after quarantine!
We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during the the stay in place covid quarantine! We hope to see you soon. Until then, enjoy this time with your families!
