THE NIGHT OUT MISTAKE

You and your significant other have a night out planned and you want to order a guilt-free dinner. So you decide not to eat all day and “save” you calories. In theory, saving your calories makes sense.

By the time the dinner roles around your blood sugar is low and you’re ravines. There is a good chance you eat over your daily allotted calories in just that one meal!

This huge amount of food creates tons of insulin to be released, therefore storing a lot of those calories at fat. My suggestion is to have smaller protein filled meals throughout the day leading up to your big night out. You won’t overeat and yet you can still splurge a little on some tasty food you wouldn’t usually eat.
